Oakville Kiwanis Meals on Wheels Office information Office Hours The Meals on Wheels Office is located on the third floor, Suite 307-627 Lyons Lane, Oakville. The office is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday. Volunteers Requirements The success of our program is a result of the generous donation of time and the efforts of our volunteers. All meal deliveries are made by volunteers and take approximately two hours. Volunteers are interviewed by staff and on the job training is provided.
