Oakville Kiwanis Meals on Wheels Oakville Kiwanis Meals on Wheels was established in 1976 and has been providing nutritious home delivered meals to persons in our community who need assistance with their nutritional requirements. We deliver meals to the senior population, enabling them to remain independent, the handicapped, those recovering from a recent hospital stay, illness, accidents, etc. Trained volunteers deliver all meals, visiting briefly with each client. The Program is funded by Long-Term Care Division of the Ministry of Health, Client Fees and Donations.
