Community Services

We seek ways to serve the aging and the needy as well as the young , and to participate in civic events designed to strengthen family and community ties and build patriotism.

  • To assist others in the community, we have provided financial support to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton, the Salvation Army, Oakwood Public School, Morden Public School, Easter Seals, Relay for Life and the Seneca Seniors Day Program.

  • We developed the Meals-On-Wheels program in 1976 and continue to provide financial, administrative and operational support. An average of 2,500 meals per month is currently delivered by over 140 volunteers.

  • We also acknowledge exceptional service to the community by publicly recognizing the Police Officer , Firefighter and Para-medic of the year.

  • We organize annual golf and curling events to raise funds for charity.

Major Emphasis

"YOUNG CHILDREN PRIORITY ONE" is our current Major Emphsis.

This allows us to focus on four basic areas

  • Maternal and Infant Health

  • Child Care and Development

  • Parent Education and Support

  • Safety and Pediatric Trauma

We give financial support to Kerr Street Ministries Day Camp.

We also contribute to various well-run charities for children such as "Sleeping Children Around The World".
